The techs were quick. When you come, don't expect a luxury-level salon. They do a good job, and my gel polish manicure lasted for about three weeks. I would recommend it if you need a quick walk-in job.

I came in only for gel polish removal and clearly explained that my nails had cracks in the nail bed and needed extra care. Despite this, the removal was done very roughly and was extremely painful, even after I asked multiple times for them to stop and be more careful. My nails are now damaged and look much worse than before. When I paid, I was incorrectly told my credit card did not go through, and I had to show proof on my phone that the payment was successful. After I showed her she confirmed it went through and stated that the receipt just wasn’t printing yet.To make matters worse, the staff member complained about the tip in front of others. I even added more, and she still said she was unhappy. I left in pain, embarrassed, and disappointed. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who values nail health or professional customer service.

When I once went to get my gel polish removed, they only used an electric nail file to shave off the polish. This ultimately ruined my nail beds by taking off the top layer of my nails. It took a couple of months for my nails to completely grow back to normal. So the next time I went I asked the girl to soak my nails because last time my nails got ruined from filing. She rudely just said "no" and proceeded to file off my nails polish. I shouldn't have let her do it. It's a month later and my nails are still so weak and ruined that I can't wear polish because my actual nails keep chipping and peeling. My nails look disgusting and embarrassing. I am never going back there again.

Gina, the manager has worst customer service you will ever see. Nails will be ruined after just one visit, they will over charge, money hungry, unpleasant atmosphere. We are all looking for a new place, this one should be shut down.

I went for a spa pedicure and the nail tech used a tub of lotion that she kept going back to use with her bare hands and long dirty fingernails. Very unsanitary and probably not the only one she’s done this with. The polish was not even painted like it should be by a professional. I’ve done a better job. Avoid this place if you care for cleanliness and thoroughness.
